acupunctureReviewed by Julie Moderson

Kathleen Albertson, a Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition, was compelled to write a book that integrates Western and Eastern medicine. She wants to advance the education and knowledge of women and the medical community. She says that TCM works! (TMC is Traditional Chinese medicine).

I found this book to be so interesting from the first page to the last. I think it will help women to find options in their medical care. It helps to explore the best plan for your treatment. There is so much information in this book you keep re-reading to fully understand all of the ideas. I loved to see how acupuncture and nutrition play a role in our overall health. This wonderful book helped me to understand Traditional Chinese Medicine and did so in an easy to understand way. Women’s health is dealing with gynecological and reproductive or menopausal disorders and this book shows you the way to a healthier you.
