Kate McGregor Blackwell has died. She was responsible for making her company, Kruger-Brent, a very successful empire. Now the real fight begins! Who will take over the company?

Eve and Alexandria, each want to be the person to take over the company. These two are quite the opposite with Alexandria known as the “sweet one” and Eve as the “evil one”. Eve is known to get whatever she wants.

When Alexandria died giving birth, Eve figured she now had the chance to take over soul control of the company. However, there were many more obstacles in her way.

The reader is introduced to many more players in this “game” who each has an interest in the company.

Will one of these “players” be successful at taking over the controls of the Blackwell Empire? It will not be easy for any one of them because this family has a closet full of secrets.

Mistress of the Game continues where Master of the Game left off. Tilly Bagshawe does an excellent job of taking on the task of writing this sequel to Sidney Sheldon’s Master of the Game. Written in a style that is very similar to Sheldon’s, the reader is treated to unforgettable characters, a plot that will make your head spin wondering who will win this “game” and a page-turner that you will not want to put down.
