Dr. Cromack knows his subject well and clarifies some major points in order to maximize health at any age. He starts with a description of the basic support devices and how valuable a chiropractor can be. Exercises that anyone can do is also given as well as the proper use of acupuncture and herbs.

Most of the book is devoted to food and toxins in the body. Dr. Cromack urges the reader to supplement food intake with E3Live, a blue-green algae high in long chain omega three fatty acids and all eight essential amino acids. This liquid will provide more energy, decrease the signs of ageing, and stabilize blood sugar.

The author explains the use of Superfoods and how to release toxins through fasting and cleansings. He laces the book with recipes which will help metabolism and restore well-being.

It was interesting to read what has helped Dr. Cromack and his clients over the years and I would recommend this book to beginners who want a clear understanding of how the body works and what to do to make it function better. The information here is not new and can be found elsewhere so I don’t think anyone who is already “health-conscious” will learn anything new.
