Is Jimmy able to find Tino’s mother?

Reading a novel by Paul Levine always provides one with a world of entertainment. The thing I like most about this author’s writing is his skill at creating colorful characters and there are several of them in this book. The novel also enlightens the reader on the serious subject of Mexicans who illegally cross the border.

Payne almost reminds one of Levine’s other lead character, Paul Solomon, and the readers will be glad to see he has what it takes to have his own stand-alone novel.

Illegal has an intriguing plot and a cast of colorful characters that make this a very enjoyable read.
