The author stresses the importance of a mathematical principle called
the
“Golden Ratio”. He states that Leonardo DaVinci was “calculated when
it
came to his art but it was likely intuitive when it came to his meal
planning.” As a result, DaVinci chose from a variety of fresh whole
foods
available to him. Due to this, DaVinci dined on bread, cheese and
wine.
Leonardo was a slender and strong man. In addition, he had a very
intellectual mind.
The Diet Code is based on this same formula. It will allow you to lose
weight at a level recommended by nutritionists.
The author is a baker and craftsman. He applied this formula to his
diet
and to the menu at his café. The results were phenomenal. He had
cracked
the diet code.
How is this done? The author uses the Golden Ratio to link proportions
to
foods in order to boost metabolism and as a result a weight loss starts
to
occur.
The reader will find the explanation of the Golden Ratio very
interesting.
You don’t have to worry about a boring math book. The calculations are
all
figured out for you. If you love bread but are afraid to eat it
because you
are trying to lose weight, you will find this book very intriguing.
The
author states that you will once again be able to enjoy bread.
The book includes several sample menus and recipes for this diet. If
you
are serious about losing weight, read this book. It is very
informative and
one that you will enjoy.
