BOOK REVIEW: SALELM'S LOT (ILLUSTRATED EDITION)
Stephen King's classic thriller "Salem's Lot" was published in 1975. It scared readers with the story of demonic evil in a small town. Now, thirty years later, an illustrated edition has been released. This book includes a new introduction by the author, photographs, fifty pages of deleted and alternate scenes and two new short stories called "One for the Road" and "Jerusalem's Lot". The original was filled with so many twists and turns it just kept you right on the edge of your seat. Just think what it will be like to read this new edition with additional material from Stephen King.
This book is skillfully written and the author does an excellent job of setting the stage for the book. Salem's Lot is a masterpiece.
If you are a fan of Stephen King, this new illustrated edition is a "must have" book because it will most likely be a collector's item. If you read the original many years ago, you will want add this new illustrated edition to your collection. Read it again - it is sure to frighten you a second time. This new book is sure to turn into a classic of its very own.
