BOOK REVIEW: WRONG PLACE, WRONG TIME
Sally Montgomery and Frederick Pierson plan on a romantic getaway. Sally has been divorced now for fifteen years and is somewhat anxious about going away. Her grown daughter, Devon, is also worried.
The romantic getaway turned out to be something quite the opposite - a nightmare! Frederick is murdered and the cabin in which they were staying was burned to the ground. Sally is terrified that the murderer is now out to get her. She did overhear an argument between Frederick and his father regarding the family business.
Now you would think Sally is a victim. However, the authorities are looking at her as the main suspect. The only thing Sally can do is to hide in the woods and rely on her outdoor skills to keep her alive.
Sally's ex-husband, Pete, goes undercover within the Pierson family and also seeks Devon's help. Howver, Devon becomes very attracted to Blake Pierson. Can she trust Blake?
Are Pete and Devon able to prove Sally's innocence? Are they able to save Sally before the killer gets to her?
Andrea Kane knows how to write a great mystery! She draws the reader in from the very beginning and builds the suspense. The story has just the right blend of romance and suspense that will catch the interest of any reader. This is one you don't want to miss reading. This book is highly recommended.
