A BUSINESS LEADER'S GUIDE TO FINDING CLARITY IN AN UNCERTAIN WORLD

God is My Coach gives readers a helping hand in finding stability in their hectic work environments. Subtitled A Business Leader's Guide to finding Clarity in an Uncertain World really explains much better the author's goal for the reader. The premise is that everyday at work, business leaders are confronted with “gray zone” situations where there is not a clear cut right decision to be made. While using the tools found in this book, readers will know what to do.
The book is divided into eight chapters each focusing on a God given “gift.”
These eight gifts are referred to as the Eight Ps: Purpose, Potential, Perspective, Platform, Power, Pace, Place, and Prosperity. Readers are helped to find the blessing in everyday trials at work while sorting out the God's way in gray zone dilemmas as they work their way through these eight “gifts.” Each chapter starts with an 'Issue” to be addressed and the “Solution” to be found in that chapter. For instance, in the chapter for Platform, the “Issue” is How Do I live and Communicate My Faith in a Diverse Environment? And the “Solution” to this problem is to Let Who You Are Speak for What You Believe. On the following pages are found the principles needed to enact the solution-Reflect, Respect, Reconcile and Raise with each of the principles discussed with both scripture and practical applications.
Sprinkled throughout the book are several charts for readers to use to map out their progress along the way. At the end of the book is a discussion guide so that the book could easily be used for groups such as a Christian business leaders workshop.
