LONG TIME GONE - J.A. JANCE

J.P. Beaumont is now working for the Washington State Attorney's Special Homicide Investigation Team (better known as the SHIT squad).

A nun, who is now 50 years old, was an eyewitness to a murder when she was a young child.  She is now having nightmares.  After visiting a hypnotist, she recalls what actually happened several years ago.  J.P. Beaumont was picked to handle the investigation.

This is enough to keep J.P. busy but something else happens.  His former partner, Ron Peters, is now the prime suspect in the death of his ex-wife.  It seems Ron was involved in a nasty custody battle with her.

Is J.P. Beaumont able to solve these two murders?  It won't be easy because he runs into problems along the way.

J.A. Jance is a master at writing the police procedural novels.  This one has to be her best book yet!  The book draws the reader's attention not only with one murder investigation but also with another one going on at the same time.  This one is a real nail biter.  If you like suspense, this is the book for you.  It is highly recommended.
