BOOK REVIEW: DEAD MEN'S DUST
BY MATT HILTON

We hope you enjoy this book review by Percy Babcock.

When I first began to read Matt Hiltonís, Dead Menís Dust I was impressed with his ability to have the scene play out as I read his words. I had no problem visualizing the story and that, to me, is important in story telling. It leaves a deeper impression in my mind. The characterís moves are explained in colorful detail, and processed nicely in the minds eye. I thought the way the story was written would actually make a great movie. His characters are likeable, those that should be. In the good guy, bad guy game of things Matt Hiltonís bad guys will have you anticipating the time of their payback. His hero (Joe Hunter) and his villain both get a standing ovation from me, for the way he made me feel about them. I loved the detective work in the story. I liked the way it pointed out little things that would go unnoticed in the eyes of everyday people. Joe Hunter seemed to notice everything and I took notes. Iím not a fan of action related reads, and Dead Menís Dust is action packed but Matt Hilton made it likeable with a nice dose of suspense. There were many moments in this story I could not put the book down, I had to know what was coming around the corner. There were times that I was impressed with the thrill that this action packed book held for me. For action and suspense lovers alike. In short: I enjoyed the book. It was very exciting, fast paced and thrilling. A page turner that kept me up at night wanting to see what would happen next. Matt Hilton tells a remarkable story of a vigilante who will stop at nothing to catch his prey. If you are looking for an action packed thriller, look no further than, ďDead Menís Dust.Ē I am looking forward to reading more from Matt Hilton.
