BOOK REVIEW: DARK TORT: A NOVEL OF SUSPENSE
Caterer Goldy Schultz has a new client. She prepares breakfasts and conference room snacks for a law firm. Goldy really enjoys the new clientele until one day she tripped over the body of Dusty, the firm's paralegal who was also her neighbor. Since the lawyers were always playing practical jokes on Goldy, she was sure this was a joke. She just knew that any minute the attorneys would come out and say "Gotcha". However, this wasn't about to happen. Goldy soon realized this was not a joke.
Goldy also happened to be an amateur sleuth. Dusty's mother asked Goldy to help find her daughter's killer. Goldy was catering a party at the home of one of the firm's attorneys. She heard something really interesting in the conversations going on about the room.
She also discovers a few clues. What are they?
Goldy could not help it. She was now very involved in this case. As she gets more involved in the investigation, danger lurks and Goldy has to really watch out before the killer gets to her next.
Is Goldy able to solve this case?
