Matt Hunter is a man that lives with the fact that at the age of twenty he killed another man during a fight that occurred at a party. Matt pleads self-defense but the jury wasn't buying it. Nine years later Matt is happily married and very much in love with his wife Olivia. Olivia is pregnant. Matt and Olivia have paid down on a house in the neighborhood where Matt grew up. It looks as though it is a lives happily ever after situation but that is not how story.

Olivia talk Matt into buying new camera phones and that is when the trouble begins. Matt receives a picture and video via his wife's new phone which totally stuns him. As the story unfolds the reader finds that all is not as it seems. Matt's background and prison experience is out in the open and Matt has kept no secrets from Olivia and is amazed that she can love him in spite of his past.

The phone call sends Matt into a tailspin and first he suspects his wife and then he feels he is being set-up and his faith and trust in his wife is renewed. Soon people begin dying and somehow it is all connected and the real story of his wife begins to unfold placing Matt and Olivia in danger as well as all the people who attempt to help them.

With wonderful characters and a story line that takes you from New Jersey to Nevada and back again this is one book you won't want to miss.
