Hunter is a man that lives with the fact that at the age of twenty
he killed another man during a fight that occurred at a party. Matt
pleads self-defense but the jury wasn't buying it. Nine years later
Matt is happily married and very much in love with his wife Olivia.
Olivia is pregnant. Matt and Olivia have paid down on a house in the
neighborhood where Matt grew up. It looks as though it is a lives
happily ever after situation but that is not how
Olivia talk Matt into buying new camera phones and
that is when the trouble begins. Matt receives a picture and video
via his wife's new phone which totally stuns him. As the story
unfolds the reader finds that all is not as it seems. Matt's
background and prison experience is out in the open and Matt has
kept no secrets from Olivia and is amazed that she can love him in
spite of his past.
The phone call sends Matt into a tailspin
and first he suspects his wife and then he feels he is being set-up
and his faith and trust in his wife is renewed. Soon people begin
dying and somehow it is all connected and the real story of his wife
begins to unfold placing Matt and Olivia in danger as well as all
the people who attempt to help them.
