BOOK REVIEW

PRESENT VALUE - SABIN WILLETT

Fritz Brubaker and his wife Linda have everything any married couple could possibly want.  Fritz is a toy company executive.  His wife is a very prestigious lawyer making big money.  They have Ivy League degrees, live in one of the best neighborhoods and drive expensive cars.  Fritz and Linda have two children.

All of a sudden their world just seemed to fall apart.  The stock of Fritz's company takes a drastic drop and Fritz is arrested for insider trading.  Her firm suspends Linda.  Their house is repossessed.  Their kids go haywire.

Where does all this end?  What happens to Fritz and Linda?

This book is really a satire on American greed.  It's a humorous book and educates us by pointing out that having everything doesn't necessarily mean it is for the best.  Sabin Willett does a clever job of writing this book.  The book holds the reader's attention from the beginning because it is so entertaining.  This is one that you will enjoy reading and will want to add it to your list.
