FIT FOR FATE - ENGENE AUBREY STRATTON

Greek Police Director Spyro Roussos has a life that is considered anything but dull.  His girlfriend, Victoria Renfrew, is an opera singer.  Someone is stalking her.  Marilyn Pickering, the niece of the American Ambassador is kidnapped.  Spyro has been assigned to help find the ambassador's niece.  He also has to find time to try and protect Victoria from the stalker.

Victoria starts to feel that she is going crazy.  She starts to see the stalker everywhere.  She finds herself kidnapped and manages to get free.  However, the stalker was not captured.

Where does this all lead for Spyro?  His superior is plotting to become dictator and at the same time is scheming to replace Spyro.

In the meantime, forces try to involve Greece in a Balkan War that will start World War Three. 

Wow!  This is a real thriller.  There are so many things going on at the same time it will keep you intrigued throughout the book.  The book is fast paced and full of suspense.  This book contains all the ingredients of an excellent mystery book.  Mystery fans will really enjoy this one!
