BOOK REVIEW

REMEMBERING JACK -  JACQUES LOWE

This book features over 600 pictures, which were taken by John F. Kennedy's personal photographer, Jacques Lowe, who is known for photographing JFK from the mid-fifties through his presidency.   Over half of the photographs were previously unpublished.

The book includes photographs of several members of the Kennedy family.  The pictures span different periods throughout John Kennedy's life and the chapters are also broken down along these lines which include Jack and Jackie at Home, Primaries, Democratic Convention, Inauguration, Oval Office and Funeral just to name a few.

Each photograph has a short paragraph describing exactly what the picture is about.

This book is a beautiful collection of photographs of the President.  It is so wonderful to see many of the personal photographs of JFK with Jackie and their children.  Remembering Jack is a great book to add to your collection.  It is also an excellent gift to give to your children or grandchildren because one day it will probably be a collector's item as time goes on in history.
