BOOK REVIEW

               BLIND RUN - PATRICIA LEWIN

Ethan Decker's five-year old son was mysteriously murdered.  His job for a government agency is to blame.  Since this time, Ethan has been living alone in a trailer somewhere in the New Mexico desert.  He left his wife out of fear that she, too, would be murdered.  He spends entirely too much time drinking but he doesn't have much more to do living in the desert alone.

One day a former colleague of his came by with two children.  She left the children in Ethan's care and left with no apparent explanation.  It was clear that there would be no explanation - not just yet - this woman was found murdered not far from where she left Ethan.

Did the same person who killed Ethan's son murder this woman?  Who were the two children?

Ethan knew he must now find his wife before the murderer gets to her first.  Will he find her before the murderer?

Patricia Lewin has written a book filled with action.  There are plenty of chase scenes.   It will keep you on the edge of your seat.  When you look at the cover of this book, it automatically grabs your attention.  It just makes you want to sit right down and start reading.  The author has done a wonderful job creating her characters.  I especially liked the main character - Ethan.  You almost had to feel sorry for him and could feel his pain.  We look forward to more books by Patricia Lewin.
