This is Eric Garcia's third installment about dinosaurs that faked their extinction and still live among us disguising themselves as humans in designed latex costumes. 

Vincent Rubio is a private eye working in Los Angeles.  Rubio did the wrong thing when he accepted a job for raptor mob boss, Frank Tallarico.  Rubio thought this would be an easy job but much to his disappointment Tallarico's archrival, Nelly Hagstrom, left town and Rubio finds that he must stay. 

Here, Rubio finds himself between a hurricane and a gang war.  He once again sees his childhood friend, Jack Dugan and his sister Noreen.  At one time, Rubio was deeply in love with Noreen.  Jack and Noreen are now part of Hagstrom's group.

What happens if Rubio makes the wrong move?  Will his tail get chopped off?

Eric Garcia has written a very entertaining book.  This book shows how talented and creative his writing can be.  This book is clever and funny and will make you laugh in between the suspense it creates.    Do yourself a favor and buy this book.  You will be glad you did!
