The book includes a section on "If You Were Thinking Of" and includes such quips as "If you were thinking of going dancing…" and "If you were thinking of buying a car…" - You can just imagine how the authors of a pessimistic guide complete these sentences. 

There is also a section on "When People Say…" such as "When people say let me have your number…" - The authors go on to complete each sentence with "what they really mean is..." - Here again, you are in for a surprise with the completed sentences.

This is a funny book which can be read in a very short time.  It's a great one to take along on a plane ride, on vacation or you can just read it as you relax around the house.  It's guaranteed to make you laugh!
